Jewelry designer and aspiring entrepreneur Leslie Chatman launched LunaTeal Jewelry in the fall of 2009. Inspired at a young age by all things natural and beautiful and with no formal jewelry design training, Leslie has been creating beautiful pieces for many years. She has finally combined her passion for jewelry with a desire to be an entrepreneur by creating LunaTeal Jewelry, the fine art of jewelry.
LunaTeal Jewelry is a Dallas-based upscale design company combining elegant style and innovation to create the fine art of jewelry. The collection features a dazzling array of precious and semi-precious gemstones, with each piece individually hand-crafted by Leslie. Mostly the collection highlights uniquely styled earrings, necklaces and bracelets in 14k gold filled, however there are several pieces in sterling silver.
Leslie's strong love of color is what makes the LunaTeal collection so enchanting. Leslie believes, "jewelry with beautiful color adds pop and magic to any outfit". "Women want jewelry that makes a statement about their individual style and this is the main reason I started this company. Jewelry is a key fashion accessory for women and should be timeless and adaptable. My line is adaptable for any occasion. I want women to wear my jewelry with everything in their closet", she says.

**Because all of our jewelry is handmade to order, PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP FROM OUR STUDIO. It will then ship via the method you select at checkout.
LunaTeal Jewelry always offers free shipping on all orders over $100!
We offer regular and express shipping options at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping times and advise you to choose express shipping if your items are time sensitive. Customers are responsible for express shipping costs. Shipping times do not include our time needed for assembly of your item/s, so please plan accordingly.
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love our jewelry, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange it.
You must report any damages within 3 business days of receipt to our customer service department. At the time of your call, you will be given a return id number and an address to send the item to. Items for exchange must be in original condition and packaging, sent via an insurable & traceable carrier at the senders expense within 10 business days of reporting the damage. Please retain your shipping receipt. LunaTeal Jewelry can not be responsible for items lost in shipment due to customer negligence. All items will be inspected upon receipt to insure they are still in their original condition. LunaTeal Jewelry reserves the right to deem whether the damage was our error before completing the exchange.
Any price difference in your new selection will either result in a credit issued to your method of payment or a balance due prior to shipment of the new item. Shipping cost for exchanges are the customers responsibility and will be outlined at the time of inquiry with our customer service department.
LunaTeal Jewelry is hand-crafted--no two pieces are exactly the same. Please note that LunaTeal Jewelry does not accept returns for refund unless we deem there to be a clear design defect in the item.
All earrings sales, custom ordered or not, are final sales.

Proper care is required for your jewelry to last a lifetime.
Here are some tips to help you extend the life of and maintain your jewelry:
1. Do not apply lotion, fragrance or other sprays while wearing your jewelry. These
products can cause discoloration and changes to the genuine gemstones and high
quality metals used to create your piece. Put your jewelry on after using any of these
products.
2. Keep your jewelry in air tight plastic bags to prevent oxidation. Oxidation is a natural
occurrence as air reacts to metals causing a slight color change. It is suggested that
you never combine different metals in one bag and that you put each piece in its own
bag.
3. If your jewelry gets dirty, please use care in cleaning it. It is suggested that a jewelry
polishing cloth be used. If a more thorough cleaning is need, use mild soap and water
and gently dry the piece. It is highly suggested that you never use this method on
stones that are porous such a pearls, turquoise, as well as many other stones. This will
cause permanent damage. If you are in doubt, research that particular stone before
subjecting it to any method of cleaning.
14K Gold Filled---Solid gold is bonded to a metal alloy and will not wear off. The wearer is able to have the benefits of pure gold without the cost. Many of our pieces and chains are made using this process. With reasonable care gold filled jewelry can last a lifetime.
Sterling Silver---.925 is stamped onto jewelry made of sterling silver. Sterling silver is an alloy of silver with 92.5% pure silver with the rest consisting of other metals to strengthen it. As many are aware, silver does oxidize, however with proper care, it can maintain its good looks for a lifetime.
Precious Metal Clay (PMC)---Fine silver particles that are bound together by organic matter and fired to reveal .999 fine silver. Fine silver is a higher grade than sterling silver and does not tarnish.
Vermeil---Vermeil is sterling silver layered with gold. The result is long lasting gold jewelry that won't wear down as regular plated gold jewelry does. This well known and practiced technique creates extremely durable jewelry items. With proper care your vermeil items can last for a lifetime.
